- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their needs and eligibility.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' situations and explain the value of our Medicaid planning services.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Benefits Advisers to deliver tailored presentations and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including appointment setting and conversion rates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and effectively address their concerns.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads and appointments.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Annual base salary of $38,000.
- Variable compensation plan with the potential to earn an additional $10,000 - $15,000 annually.

What You Will Do:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to potentially join our remote sales team in the future.
