What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize various outbound sales methods, including cold calling and emailing, to engage prospective clients
- Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for a free software renewal management product
- Develop expertise in modern sales technology tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Collaborate with Sales Development and Enablement Managers to enhance sales techniques
- Refine messaging strategies to improve sales engagement success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
- High proficiency in English within a business context
- Experience working for a U.S.-based tech company and selling to U.S. prospects, particularly in cold calling
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
