      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services through training and development
      - Expand the company's portfolio of solutions with existing customers by understanding their needs
      - Conduct sales calls, emails, and on-site meetings with medical education schools and at networking events
      - Expand the client base by converting leads to accounts and identifying additional needs of existing accounts
      - Regularly follow-up with established contacts
      - Work collaboratively with existing Outside Sales Representatives
      - Develop and present quotes on products and services
      - Assist with the completion of RFP's when needed
      - Manage prospecting campaigns in a CRM system
      - Call warm and cold leads to develop relationships and book calls
      - Maintain clear and consistent internal team communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong time management and organization skills
      - Availability for full-time hours
      - Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time
      - Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a competitive nature

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in sales and account management
      - Hands-on, proactive mentality
      - Team player mindset
      - Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
      - Salesforce experience preferred
      - Prior experience with RFP's preferred
