What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write basic Apex code to create custom functionalities on the Salesforce platform and design Lightning components
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot technical problems
- Review code written by other developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Configure and build new functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic solutions
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of Salesforce features and development methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 – 4 years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform, Apex programming language, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Recent graduates with Computer Information Systems (CIS) background
- Experience with AZURE DEVOPS and Agile Development methodologies
- Familiarity with Service Cloud platform and administration
