What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on Salesforce.com application development, ensuring continuous development and process improvement
- Configure Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
- Provide technical expertise and best practices, writing complex business logic in APEX/Lightning classes
- Develop solutions based on business requirements for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units
- Analyze diverse problems and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.com Force.com (Visual Force) and Apex
- Salesforce integration development experience required
- Excellent knowledge of page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, and triggers
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on Salesforce.com instances with 500+ users
- Competent in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of SQL query language and related database experience
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
