      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and enhance Salesforce.com applications, focusing on continuous development and process improvement
      - Configure Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
      - Provide technical expertise and best practices, including writing complex business logic in APEX/Lightning classes
      - Assist with analysis efforts and documentation based on business requirements for various business units
      - Resolve diverse issues creatively and practically, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods for solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.com Force.com (Visual Force) and Apex
      - Salesforce integration development experience required
      - Excellent knowledge of page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, and triggers
      - Competent in Agile methodology and experience with Salesforce.com instances with 500+ users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SQL query language and related database experience
      - Experience understanding and developing design documents from business requirements
      - Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
      - Ability to communicate technical ideas in user-friendly language
      - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
