Job Description

Work closely with various teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain and update existing ServiceNow platform and configurations as needed.
Utilize thorough knowledge of the ITSM module to support and enhance incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
Write, test, and debug basic scripts and code to support ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Collaborate with senior developers to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow platform.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant scripting languages.
Familiarity with ServiceNow administration and development, including form design, workflow configuration, and UI customization.
Experience with Employee Center, Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or other ServiceNow modules is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
