What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project team members to design and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions to complex problems
- Prepare and present client-facing and internal technology-related deliverables
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including modifications to applications and workflows
- Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other systems
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, troubleshooting software problems and performing root cause analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, development, security, and integrations
- Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of advanced ServiceNow development, including JavaScript coding, style sheets, and jQuery
- Experience configuring ServiceNow ITBM and IRM applications
- Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance
