Qualifications
Experience building, enhancing, or supporting dashboards built with Dynatrace
Experience identifying typical issues with integrated systems
Good technical communication skills
Experience troubleshooting issues
Ability to collaborate with technical teams to enhance dashboards
Experience with improvement activities is beneficial
Experience with application development or support helpful
Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
ITIL knowledge is helpful
2 – 4 years of IT experience
Duties
Review and understand existing dashboards built using Dynatrace
Enhance existing Dynatrace dashboards
Determine additional items to added to the dashboards to prevent system issues or identify them quickly
Identify possible improvements to the dashboards, systems, or support processesWith Regards,
