Position Summary:

Reports to VP of Professional Services and is responsible for customer solution implementation, design, and support.

• Work on teams and independently.
• Integrate quickly the Innovative Discovery established methodologies, standards, and processes for implementation.
• Quickly build relationships of trust and results with peers, our clients and the Innovative Discovery management team.
• Coordinate internal and external tasks to meet assigned deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for consistently meeting assigned tasks and associated deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Adherence to consulting methodologies and use of enterprise tools and templates.
• Travel to customer sites as required for assigned tasks.
• Writing of project related documentation consistent with Innovative Discovery’s professional and high-quality standards.
• A willingness to improve your knowledge of Innovative Discovery’s solutions, new products, implementation strategies and tactics.
• Conduct yourself in an ethical manner with respect and appreciation for your team-members and clients.
• Plan and successfully execute assigned tasks.
• Timely hours and expense reporting.
