What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the web development team with all aspects of website and application design
- Implement new web features and design updates based on feedback and requirements
- Conduct testing and maintenance of backend and frontend applications
- Monitor website performance and use user feedback to identify and correct issues
- Create HTML emails, manage content updates, and support other online marketing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like Bootstrap
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web service technologies (APIs, JSON)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Marketo, Figma, and experience with WordPress and other WYSIWYG editors
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
