What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the facilitation of a virtual coding and design summer intensive for high-school-aged learners
- Support the KKCF Tech Instructor in class facilitation, instructional material preparation, and grading
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students during office hours
- Monitor and assess individual student needs, progress, and performance
- Collaborate with the student success team to address challenges and enhance learner outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or tutoring technology skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, beginner JavaScript, UX/UI, and web design
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience working with youth, teens, and young adults
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in classroom environments
- Experience with eLearning and blended learning approaches
- Familiarity with developing lesson plans and instructional materials
- Knowledge of local communities and place-based histories
