      About the Role

      Join the global leader, TENA, as a Key Account Manager. You'll drive sales success by acquiring new business and retaining existing market share, all while aligning with our company objectives.

      Your role will empower clinicians and procurement teams to choose the best TENA continence products, benefiting patients, customers, and Essity. Experience with tenders is a plus, as our business often thrives through this process.

      This regional role covers Kent, Sussex Surrey, London, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire & Norfolk

      Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a full-time, territory-based, permanent position.

      What You Will Do

      As a Key Account Manager, you will manage new and key accounts across your area. Your responsibilities include:

      • Understanding customer needs and market differences in Home Care services
      • Implementing PSS
      • Using CRM tools for account planning and prioritization
      • Developing strong relationships with Decision Making Units (DMU) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
      • Supporting the delivery of Territory Business Plans and monitoring results, ensuring measures are in place to close gaps if needed
      • Contributing to the Tender Excellence process for all Home Care customers
      • Executing marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets
      • Producing monthly business data analysis to identify profitability, revenue opportunities, and threats, and reporting to line management
      • Leading Business Review meetings with customers and proactively progressing sales opportunities
      • Supporting and coaching team members

      Who You Are

      • Experienced with clinical skills (preferred)

      You must reside within the geographic territory and be willing to travel to cover the area. A driving license is required, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
