      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively acquire new customers in a defined geographical area using market intelligence data and personal network
      - Understand customer needs in the pharmaceutical and medical device space from development to delivery
      - Create tailored offers based on technical solutions in collaboration with the Sales Engineering team
      - Negotiate quotations commercially with customers
      - Support onboarding of new projects and act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A business degree or relevant training with corresponding technical understanding
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
      - Commercial understanding and sales experience in B2B business
      - Strong experience in international business relationships
      - Proficient in the Microsoft suite and comfortable using the CRM system Salesforce.com

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in drug delivery systems
      - Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
      - Familiarity with multicultural matrix team structures
