      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize sales for assigned Key Account customers through collaboration and execution of business plans
      - Develop and lead partnership relations with key wholesale partners
      - Create and execute compelling product plans and presentations to enhance sales potential
      - Monitor competitor activities and implement competitive strategies
      - Provide onsite leadership support during special events and marketing launches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) to Six (6) years of experience in sales/account management or similar capacity with a high-profile, globally branded organization
      - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, or additional experience in lieu of degree
      - Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with key decision-makers
      - Excellent presentation skills and fluency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Key Account sales and relationship management experience
      - Experience working with licensed retailers and/or team concessionaires
      - Solid knowledge of SPS and Business Intelligence reporting
      - Retail math & order book management skills
      - Demonstrated passion for the employer brand and licensed marketplace
