What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support the HRIS team in gathering business requirements and documenting them into detailed functional specifications
- Walk through the documented functional specifications with developers to ensure common understanding of the requirements before development begins
- Assist with system testing of the developed ARD functionality in PeopleSoft, document the results, and follow up with HRIS and HR Applications teams to ensure failures are addressed appropriately
- Create test cases as per HRIS guidance using pre-defined excel templates to help with UAT
- Assist business users in UAT and documenting the test results

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft
- Experience with gathering requirements and documenting them into functional specifications
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT teams and business stakeholders
- System testing
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft Query and with data models, table layouts, and design concepts using SQL (Structured Query Language) for reporting and data analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, or other PeopleSoft related technologies
- Bachelor's Degree
