      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide assistance and support to staff in troubleshooting PCs, network issues, printers, and software
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and Help Desk issues, ensuring excellent communication
      - Maintain an online help desk system for staff requests and manage ticket prioritization
      - Coordinate the setup, deployment, and recycling of user workstations and resources
      - Document resolutions and instructions in detail in the knowledge base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Ability to troubleshoot software and network printer issues effectively
      - Directly related coursework or a combination of education and relevant technical experience
      - Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in an IT Help Desk/support position in a Windows and Mac environment
      - Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical training certificate
      - Experience with virtual environments, switches, VLANs, and communication applications
      - Experience in a broadcast environment and/or with media editing
      - Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft 365
