What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and related modules for clients
- Develop deployment plans for UKG clocks and assist with configuration of UDM/WDM servers
- Gather detailed project requirements and develop design solutions for clients
- Provide support throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with business users and client management to deliver solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15 years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics modules
- Proven experience with UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with developing or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)
- Experience with legacy system product integration and multi-product solutions
- Previous consulting experience in complex technology environments
