      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Liaise with customers via email and Slack to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
      - Collect key information and assist in executing global operations processes
      - Support KYC analysts with subject matter expertise and escalations
      - Manage and execute the Quality Assurance (QA) program
      - Perform KYC screenings and document information as required by U.S. regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations
      - Knowledge and experience in AML/KYC
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality gaps and provide feedback
      - Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback with management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus

      - Experience in a fast-paced compliance environment
      - Previous experience in customer onboarding processes
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to KYC and AML
