Job Description

- Create L&D strategy roadmap (agenda) for WD, in partnership with the Head of HR for WD (and their people strategy).
- Lead the design, launch and maintenance of Work Dynamics Skills Academy (WDSA), a key strategic priority; includes developing 3E’s Development Guides by role, creating skills assessment by role in Workday, maintaining a WDSA Learning Hub (sharepoint) and driving the communication strategy.
- Use strong consulting / needs assessment skills to fully understand the business challenge and ensure T&D resources are focused on the right solutions.
- Keep stakeholders up-to-date on progress against L&D strategy roadmap, including key accomplishments, challenges and next steps; negotiate changes to the strategy/priorities as business circumstances change or new requests arise.
- Represent comprehensive Talent & Development agenda / products to your stakeholders, bringing in T&D Product Owners as needed; this includes:
- Understand the comprehensive core suite of T&D products to effectively position them with stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders are aware of timelines, communications and expectations for key talent life cycle processes, including: Goal-setting and Year-End; Talent review and Succession planning; People surveys; Mandatory training campaigns
- Leverage data to tell effective stories about the business impact of the L&D strategy; formally prepare a Quarterly Business Review using JLL data (i.e., L&D Dashboard, People / Exit survey data, etc.) to tell a strong narrative around business impact to your stakeholders.
- Communicate WD L&D recommendations / proposals / updates in an executive-ready manner; this includes composure, crisp and effective PowerPoint slides, succinct voice-overs and data-driven insights.
- Drive the execution of L&D priorities through strong project management and program management.
- As current priority #1, lead the project management of Work Dynamics Skills Academy (to create business-line specific career pathways and skills assessments) in consultation with stakeholders, Career product lead and Assessments product lead; leverage existing products for curricula, as applicable; utilize Asana as the project management platform, as needed.
- Lead annual L&D Nominations process for WD, in partnership with Heads of Leadership Development and DEI.
- Conduct biannual reviews of global Work Dynamics onboarding content to ensure programming is relevant.
- Lead creation / maintenance of Learning Hub (SharePoint).
- Develop communication strategy for learning programming, as needed.
- Create L&D calendar for the business line that is integrated with OneJLL Learning offerings.
- Facilitate key training programs per the business line roadmap or ad hoc requests, as needed; leverage the open enrollment offerings and centralized facilitation team to the greatest extent possible before committing to facilitation.
- Leverage existing T&D products, product owners before initiating a new design; where products don’t exist, conduct a thorough needs analysis and then discuss with the relevant product lead and Head of L&D Partners before starting a new design.
- Design new products, if needed, following the 80% core / 20% customized rule; Leverage core products and product leads vs. create in-a-silo; embed DEI in all new design work; use data and insights from T&D products (i.e., People Survey, Talent Review, Coaching, etc.) to inform the rationale and/or design. Design may require effective use of PowerPoint and/or e-learning software (i.e., Articulate).
- Lead a highly-engaged, high-performing team to ensure business line priorities are effectively delivered and done in a manner that aligns to our operating model (with an emphasis on scaling solutions, leveraging core products and fostering internal mobility).

Estimated compensation for this position is:
130.000,00 – 150.000,00 USDThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
