What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter client account numbers, patient demographics, and order codes into the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Perform data entry functions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate an understanding of compliance policies related to Specimen Processing
- Complete other assigned duties as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit for long periods and visually interpret information
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a production environment
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster a positive work environment
