What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform pre-analytical duties including sample accessioning, data entry, and post-analytical processing of test results
- Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Track workload timeliness and maintain department inventory
- Assist in maintaining documents to meet QA/QC policies and record retention requirements
- Uphold DCLS safety rules and regulations at all times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices
- Demonstrated ability to provide customer service verbally and in writing
- Experience with basic office equipment including computers and multi-line telephones
- Ability to follow established procedures and identify errors
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical and/or environmental laboratory
- Experience with accessioning high volumes of laboratory samples accurately
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Teams
- Experience handling confidential records
