What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process customer orders via telephone or fax promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to customer needs
- Coordinate the flow of patient lab results in the relevant systems
- Document activities in the Copia system and check for report results
- Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to the work schedule

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and solid communication abilities
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform various tasks trained in the call center
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
- Flexibility and adaptability to change within the work environment
