What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Expertly tag and classify attributes for products in fashion, home decor, and beauty categories
- Evaluate merchants for inclusivity based on size ranges, skin tone representation, and gender inclusivity
- Assign body type ranges and skin tone categories to images for accurate product representation
- Analyze raw text data to determine brand representation and classify brands accordingly
- Review and audit merchants against quality and reliability criteria to enhance product discovery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of fashion, home decor, and beauty trends, terminology, and product categories
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate tagging and classification of products
- Up-to-date knowledge of current styles, seasonal trends, and popular brands
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction
- Bachelor's degree in art/fashion, graphic design, merchandising, marketing, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in data annotation or labeling tasks within fashion, home decor, or beauty verticals
- Familiarity with e-commerce standards and product catalog structures
