      About the Job

      • Support creation of all store labor budgets, including the Annual Financial Plan

      • Identify store level labor targets for a variety of metrics (Sales Per Labor Hour, Average Hourly Rate, Labor %

      • Work with Field Leaders and Home Office partners to identify labor reporting needs and build required reports in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or other internal systems to ensure our retail leaders have the necessary information to manage their labor.

      • Create labor budgets for all new stores in collaboration with DTC Finance and the Sr. Manager of Labor & Analytics

      • Be a subject matter expert and provide support to retail leadership on Kronos, including partnering with IT teams on issue resolution

      • About You

      • PivotTables and PivotCharts for data summarization and analysis required professional experience

      • identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.

      • Experience in store operations, project management and developing budgets

      This is a hybrid position based in our Canada headquarters. You will visit stores quarterly based on our needs.
