What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement corn and small grain variety trials across Virginia

- Engage in routine in-state travel within Virginia for research purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and related experience equivalent to a degree
- Understanding of agronomic research methods
- Hands-on field experience in crop, soil, or agronomy
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license and good driving record

- Demonstrated experience with designing and conducting experiments in the field, greenhouse, and/or laboratory
