What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate shipping documents including commercial invoices, import permits, health certificates, and packing lists
- Engage with outbound customers to ensure order accuracy and trade compliance
- Process incoming orders and clarify details with QC specialists and international customers
- Coordinate and schedule shipments between various stakeholders including warehouses and customs
- Track metrics associated with international shipments and address temperature excursions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional area such as Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality
- Demonstrated logistics and distribution experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority activities and deliver results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in GMP Supply Chain or Manufacturing
- Experience interacting with site, divisional, or regulatory audits
- Leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams
- History of balancing workload and managing complexity effectively
