What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate shipping documents, including commercial invoices, import permits, and health certificates
- Engage with outbound customers to ensure order accuracy and trade compliance
- Process incoming orders and clarify them with quality control specialists and international customers
- Coordinate and schedule shipments between warehouses, customs, and final destinations
- Follow up on shipment conditions and assist with investigations of temperature excursions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Operations, or related areas
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deliver results
- Demonstrated logistics/distribution experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in GMP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related business operations
- Experience interacting with site, divisional, or regulatory audits
- Proven leadership and team coaching skills
- History of managing complexity and ambiguity effectively
- Ability to motivate and empower team members
