Responsibilities:

.

• To know and implement policies and standards of quality, environment and prevention.
• To contribute to the internal/external customer satisfaction.
• To perform the analysis of geometry, rigididy, breakage, dismensional etc…
• To check the compliance of required measure by the customer in the vulcanized first phase.
• To document the acquisition of measurement.
• To determinate, if it is necessary, corrective actions to start production.
• Control of parts in production, according to the control plan.
• Update the specifications and instructions documentation.
• Management of non-conformities (DC) - To manage the quality level of suppliers.
• To make external audits to suppliers.
• Operationl training for inspectors.
• Attendance at production and quality meeting

Qualifications:

Degree university education, preference in Engineering or Chemical , also professional training.

Automotive industry experience.

Knowledge of Standards ISO 9000, TS 16949, 14001, OHSAS 18001 Quality laboratory, preferably automotive sector.
