What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Project Manager for a variety of projects focusing on delivery, schedule, and budget
- Lead and support projects involving land application permitting for industrial facilities
- Coordinate with clients to ensure permit-required monitoring is completed and reported
- Prepare land application permit applications for industrial and municipal utility operations
- Interface with engineering disciplines, construction management, and cost estimating departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in biological, civil, or environmental engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California
- 8-15 years' experience in environmental work with progressive responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Experience with land application of municipal and industrial byproducts for agricultural crop production
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks on projects
- Excellent communication skills across functions and teams
