What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop proposals and project plans for land development projects
- Conduct research and development for residential subdivisions and master planning/site layout
- Represent clients at public meetings and review state/local permits for land disturbance
- Provide quality control for the design team to ensure technical accuracy and project requirements
- Supervise and train junior staff while managing project schedules and budgets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Michigan Professional Engineer License
- Minimum of 15 years of civil site design experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with site design, road design, hydraulic analysis, sanitary sewer design, and water main design
- Knowledgeable in platting requirements and subdivision design
- Experience preparing EGLE and other permits
- Experience developing bid books and specifications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
