What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of landscape architecture experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Licensed/Registered Landscape Architect in North Carolina or ability to pursue reciprocity
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Manager training and/or certifications
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and permitting requirements
- Established relationships with developers and architects in mixed-use and multifamily sectors
