What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary communication liaison with prospective and current patients regarding the Laser Vision Program
- Utilize counseling selling techniques to explain benefits and costs of laser vision correction to patients
- Coordinate and track marketing efforts for the Laser Vision Program and handle patient inquiries
- Oversee refractive surgery scheduling and assist in patient exams and procedures as needed
- Perform clerical tasks, including database management for outcomes analysis and patient safety

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalency plus one-year post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a Healthcare-related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer/patient service role
- Experience promoting or selling high-end products or services in a professional environment
- Ability to interact and engage with patients effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Business or Marketing or a health-related field
- 1 year of experience in customer service related to counseling for elective medical or cosmetic procedures, especially vision correction
