What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and research laws, court decisions, briefs, and legal authorities
- Confer with judge on legal issues, prepare legal memoranda, and assist with drafting orders
- Attend court sessions to observe proceedings and record case information
- Perform administrative duties within judge's chambers
- Perform courtroom duties in arraignments, motions, hearings, and trials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited law school for Law Clerk position
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and current enrollment in at least one year of law school training for Law Clerk 1 position
- Knowledge of laws, court rules, legal terminology, and concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly, research legal problems, and operate a personal computer
- Represent the court in a respectful manner

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a legal or judicial setting
