You will be responsible for setting expectations, demonstrating the value of our firm, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
• Screen and evaluate all potential new client contacts, establishing a compassionate connection that focuses on the client's goals.
• Convert qualified potential new clients to firm clients, or secondarily schedule attorney consultations.
• Accurately gather detailed, fact-specific information about potential new clients and their situation.
• Describe to potential clients the services offered by our firm, our firm's approach, engagement agreement terms, and evergreen retainer accounts.
• Continue to follow up with non-converted potential new clients.
• Assist with the development of additional resources for potential new clients.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support the firm mission.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on our probate and family law services.
• Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, helping them understand the importance of planning for their future.
• Lead clients to make informed decisions about protecting their assets and securing their legacy.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
• Work closely with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment.
• Previous legal experience highly valued.
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired.
• A high level of empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
• A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
• The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Experience in the legal services industry (preferred but not required).
• Thrives gracefully under pressure in a very demanding environment filled with sales conversations.
• Able to discreetly handle highly confidential information.
• Skilled at recognizing buying signals and overcoming objections.
• Able to juggle multiple demands without dropping balls.
• Able to effectively communicate our firm's mission with an extraordinary level of client care.
