What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between design firms and field contractors to communicate design solutions
- Transform initial conceptual designs using CAD into working layout documents
- Assist in the development of conceptual plans and project budgets
- Produce layout drawings and corresponding equipment lists
- Adhere to a schedule-driven workload

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD
- Proficiency in CAD drafting skills, with Bentley Microstation experience being a plus
- Strong knowledge of CAD drawings, file structures, and standards
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with understanding applicable building codes, state/federal laws, and standards related to retail design
