What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process daily accounts payable transactions, including date stamping and coding invoices
- Manage vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist in preparing weekly AP Aging Reports and participate in month-end close activities
- Provide insights and recommendations based on advanced knowledge and experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with expense management systems like Concur
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
