What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process daily accounts payable transactions, including coding and date stamping invoices
- Manage vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist in preparing the AP Aging Report and participate in month-end close activities
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements within the accounts payable team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with expense management systems like Concur is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
