What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily processing of accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and address discrepancies
- Assist in preparing the weekly AP Aging Report and participate in financial close activities
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to identify process improvements
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in accounting or related field is preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with expense management systems like Concur
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
