      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process daily accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in coding and date stamping invoices
      - Manage complex vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly
      - Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain organized filing systems
      - Assist in preparing the AP Aging Report and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
      - Serve as a subject matter expert within the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support to colleagues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
      - 4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
      - Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

      - Experience with expense management systems like Concur
      - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
