What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process daily accounts payable transactions, including receiving, date stamping, and coding invoices
- Manage vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist in preparing weekly AP Aging Reports and participate in monthly and year-end close activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance departmental processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

- Experience with expense management systems like Concur
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
