What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle all correspondence related to insurance or patient accounts, contacting insurance carriers and patients as needed
- Assist Operations Manager with projects, support, conduct audits, and train staff on Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up functions
- Manage AR Follow-up of outstanding accounts for all payers, including resolution of denials
- Work with EDI transactions and ERA files, reconciling carrier submissions, edits, and rejection reports
- Research and resolve accounts on the Aged AR Report and Payment and Credit Balance reports to maximize reimbursement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle
- 1+ years of experience in denial resolution
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- People leadership experience
- Experience with Epic billing system
