      Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Deductions

      Responsible for overseeing deduction management systems, processes and users, including tier 2 support, trend analysis, training support, application administration, monitoring execution for accuracy and process adherence. Identify and drive continual improvement opportunities within the applications and processes to ensure efficiencies are gained. Oversee communication and metrics with internal and external constituents to ensure driving toward implementing industry best practices and achieving best in class within the CPG industry, as it relates to deduction management. Responsible for audit reconciliations and compliance related to deduction management controls.

      Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

      Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 25% in office expectations

      In this role you will:

      • Provide tier 2 support for HighRadius DMS (Deduction Module System) and Blacksmith/Forge deduction applications, including all relevant modules.

      • Serve as the liaison between Customer Financial Services and IS for issue resolution

      • Execute ticket submission/management and incident reporting to Customer Financial Services leadership and IS related to the deduction applications

      • Provide user support, including training support to identify gaps and communicate changes/additions to the system functionality and user interface appearance

      • Serve as the HighRadius Application Administrator, which is the most privileged role within the application

      • Manage user, layouts, and security access by role

      • Maintain owner/processor assignments, action codes, action presets, item cross reference mappings, correspondence and notes templates

      • Execute trend and reconciliation analysis, and support

      • Analyze data integrity, such as coding validation of users, mitigate reporting discrepancies and pre-deduction management monitoring

      • Lead process improvements, HighRadius tickets/updates, error handling and reconciliation reporting for HighRadius modules

      • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including both internal and external partners regarding deduction management processes and the deduction applications (e.g., HighRadius and Blacksmith/Forge)

      • Manage Claims and POD Automation (CPA) and Document Indexing Service (DIS) maintenance and set-up within the HighRadius DMS application, including monitoring of data pulls to ensure data accuracy, portal logins, troubleshooting agents and rules, and implementing new CPA agents within the application.

      What we are looking for:

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree

      • 3+ years deduction management/AR experience

      • Highly developed written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

      • Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task

      • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mentality, while able to work independently

      • Results driven and self-motivated

      • Ability to facilitate and present in front of a group

      Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

      • Supply chain experience, preferable in CPG industry

      • System knowledge - HighRadius, Oracle, IMI, CAS, Spotfire

      • Ability to work with people from all levels within the organization, and partner with external broker contacts

      • Understanding of both Cash Application and Deduction Management

      • Research and analytical skills
