What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of claims databases
- Validate data housed on databases for adherence to business and system requirements
- Train staff on configuration functionality, enhancements, and updates
- Create management reporting tools to enhance communication on configuration updates
- Collaborate with Health Plans and Corporate to document end-to-end business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Benefits configuration and claims
- Familiarity with QNXT benefit configuration is required
- Strong problem-solving skills to work with Health Plans and Corporate

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Networx / Pricer
- Proficiency in SQL
