  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ordering and Stocking:
     • Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory to ensure the store is fully stocked with necessary products and equipment.
     • Manage and stock the grab-and-go fridge with fresh food and beverages.
  2. Store Maintenance and Standards:
     • Ensure the store maintains a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance.
     • Take ownership of the space and actively contribute to maintaining the store’s standards during your shift.
  3. Employee Discounts and Tips:
     • Distribute employee discounts accurately and promptly.
     • Retrieve and distribute runner tip-outs as needed.
  4. Employee Oversight and Task Delegation:
     • Assign cleaning tasks to employees when the store is slow, ensuring the store stays clean and organized at all times.
     • Take charge and provide leadership when the Coffee Shop Supervisor is absent.
  5. Specialty Drinks and Menu Development:
     • Assist in creating and executing specialty drinks, including determining builds, pricing, and presentation.
     • Ensure that specialty drinks are consistently high-quality and meet customer expectations.
  6. Training and Consistency:
     • Help train new baristas, sharing your knowledge and expertise in coffee preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
     • Uphold and ensure consistent standards of service and product quality among all team members.
