What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute a robust blockchain security assessment program
- Conduct security risk assessments of various blockchains and provide recommendations
- Evaluate threat intelligence related to blockchains and assess its impact
- Mentor and coach junior team members on security best practices
- Perform security assessments of third-party vendors and track risk mitigation measures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain security
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology, or engineering
- Technical understanding of various blockchains including Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana
- Ability to understand source code, such as Python or Rust

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CISSP, CTPRP, CISA, or CISM
- Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Strong communication skills for conveying security risks to diverse teams
