What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform functional lead project roles and assist in the design of complex solutions
- Own client interactions and relationships to support functional solution delivery
- Gather requirements and design solutions to meet business goals
- Provide effective communication with internal teams and clients
- Mentor junior project team members and participate in the recruiting process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of systems implementation/upgrade experience across the software development lifecycle
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical commercial contracting, including chargebacks and rebates
- Experience with Model N Flex or Model N Powered by N is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Willingness to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cross-functional experience in pharmaceutical Medicaid and Government Pricing
- Consulting experience or relevant industry experience
- Mastery of the requirements of a Senior Analyst
