      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate investigator/site feasibility and identification processes, as well as study startup
      - Monitor project timelines and patient enrollment, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary
      - Manage the query resolution process for monitors and ensure compliance with reporting
      - Conduct site audit preparation visits and coordinate resolution of audit findings
      - Lead project team calls and provide status updates to Regional Lead/Project Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Relevant educational background such as MD, MPharm, RN, or a College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
      - Minimum of 5 years of site monitoring experience with participation in global clinical projects as a Lead Monitor
      - Experience with all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III
      - Strong experience in Oncology preferred
      - Full working proficiency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in CAR-T Therapy or other types of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Radiation Therapy, or Radiopharmaceuticals
      - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to plan, multitask, and work in a dynamic team environment
