What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and operate WebSphere Application Server environments across multiple projects
- Automate repetitive tasks through scripting and support the deployment of production, staging, and development environments
- Architect WebSphere cells, clusters, and nodes while executing functions on the application server
- Monitor application server performance and implement disaster recovery procedures
- Modify and update technical documentation, create reports, and determine project requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Web-based applications, SOA, and Web application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent, or three years of progressive relevant work experience
- Competency in relational database structures and SQL
- Experience with UNIX system administration and TCP/IP networking
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, XML, SQL, and Shell/Perl Scripting in a UNIX environment
- Familiarity with process documentation tools, such as Visio
