      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the contract liaison between the organization and key external partners to ensure compliance and performance
      - Research and analyze complex issues, presenting findings and metrics to management
      - Interact with executive management, IT, Finance, and Legal on various projects to ensure contractual compliance
      - Design and implement departmental communications, policies, and procedures regarding contract adherence
      - Coordinate the delivery of high-quality monthly and annual packages to external partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in health insurance benefit/product knowledge, benefits delivery systems, or contract management
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong investigative skills and knowledge of accounting principles/practices

      - Experience with contracting strategies and providing contract-compliant solutions
      - Familiarity with financial data analysis and reporting
